Enzo Loccisano

Enzo Loccisano is an Architectural Draftsman. Enzo has been developing his craft for the past 37 years preparing contract documents on numerous large and medium sized projects, including many custom residential homes and renovations throughout Toronto.

Enzo (in the capacity of job captain) has recently completed the “King George Residences” for Burka Architects. This fifteen-storey residential condominium that includes four levels of underground parking was built for approximately $20 million. The program at the ground floor is completely dedicated to retail activity related to the street and the second and third floors contain office uses, making this truly a multi-use building. As a job captain, Enzo’s responsibility included the complete management, execution and coordination of the construction – tender documentation including the field review during the construction phase. The project was executed and constructed by Toddglen General contractors.

As a result of the multi-use building typology, it was a requirement to pay special attention to the coordination of the various engineering disciplines such that the design intent was maintained. Managing the numerous exiting issues, below grade parking and the high requirement to provide for retail flexibility proved to be challenging. The thorough understanding of all the various issues and concerns lead to the development of sound contract documents ultimately leading to, not only an efficient mixed-use building but also a successful positive addition to an urban fabric.

Enzo Loccisano brings a wealth of experience developing contract documents that are highly accountable for construction purposes.
